Deb Zika has been with MECO for almost 14 years. She is currently working as a Sales Administrator.

What attracted you to MECO?

The feeling when I interviewed that it was a good working atmosphere here at MECO.

What does a typical day look like for you?

I don’t have a typical day, each one is different and I prefer that.

What do you enjoy most about your job?

The variety of each day.

What advice would you give to someone new to MECO?

Embrace the “Team MECO”, which is the “MECO Family”.

What do you like to do outside of work?

Spend time with grandkids.

What’s a fun fact most people don’t know about you?

I started baking at 8 years old and took over preparing family meals by age 12.

Do you have a hidden talent or hobby?

Baking.

What is your favorite food?

Mexican.

If you could travel to any state in the U.S., or any country, which state or country would that be?

Hawaii!
